Joe Hinrichs is Ford’s president of Global Operations, responsible for global Product Development; Manufacturing and Labor Affairs; Quality; Purchasing; and Sustainability, Environmental and Safety Engineering. He has served in a number of senior leadership roles since joining Ford in December 2000. Previously, Hinrichs was a partner and senior vice president of Ryan Enterprises Group and spent 10 years at General Motors. Hinrichs holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Dayton and a master’s degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School. Hinrichs and his wife, Maria, have three children.
