​Joe has over 30 years experience in managing small and large scale project development, permitting, engineering, procurement, construction and operations and maintenance for clean energy, chemical and industrial customers. Joe has provided project management and due-diligence for over 30,000 MW of projects, including over 3500 MW of renewable projects. Joe has built and managed teams responsible for over 100 renewable power generation projects, 36 large gas turbine/combined cycle projects, 70 generator interconnections, 140 MW of landfill gas to energy projects, and provided project management services to over 1000 MW of wind projects.
