Tom Martin is Director of Learning Solutions with the Institute for Supply Management, where oversees the design, development, and delivery of educational products and programs for the Association. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Western International University and a Master of Arts in Education degree with emphasis in adult education and training from University of Phoenix. Tom also holds several professional certifications including that of Certified Training Consultant from the Association for Talent Development, Certified Facilitator for Franklin Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and Master Trainer from Langevin Learning Services.
