Ryan DeBorger joined Citi in January 1999 and currently leads Citi’s Global Strategic Partnership Program, which targets and enhances Citi’s most crucial partners to drive innovation and create emerging opportunities between Citi and our Partners. As Head of Citi’s Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) Canada, Ryan is responsible for the Supply Chain service delivery of strategic sourcing, third party management operations, purchasing & payment operations and supply chain systems & technology to the Citi Canada Franchise. In 2016, Ryan launched the Citi Canada Supplier Diversity Program working with our diversity partner Canadian Aboriginal & Minority Supplier Council and WeConnect International.
