J. Joe Scott, CPD, LEED AP, FASPE, is a Senior Vice President and Senior Plumbing Designer for Cannon Design in its St. Louis office. Joe has been involved in the design and specification of plumbing systems for the past 37 years, with an emphasis on healthcare, criminal justice, and laboratory building types. He has served on numerous ASPE committees and was the Task Force Chairman for the design portion of the _Domestic Water Heating Design Manual._ Joe is a past ASPE President.
