Cynthia Ozepher Keeton is the Childhood Lead/Occupational Lead Poison Prevention & Healthy Homes Program Coordinator with the Hillsborough County Health Department for the Florida Department of Health. Her primary responsibility is educating school officials, children’s advocates, and consumers about the health impacts of lead and its effect on human health. She earned a BS in Chemistry from Savannah State College.
