Joan Spencer is the Compliance Assistance Specialist in the Tampa Area Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), where she provides advice, education and training to businesses, labor organizations and other associations to promote voluntary compliance with OSHA’s safety and health standards. She earned a BS in Chemistry, and a Master of Public Health in Industrial Hygiene/Safety Management.
