Susan Manning is the Chief Success Strategist at Credly, where she focuses on designing, developing and maintaining credential systems. She works with organizations to develop competency-based programs that integrate digital badges. Several of her publications specifically speak to digital badge systems; other work is centered on technology tools and online education. She received the Excellence in Online Teaching Award from the Sloan Consortium in 2013.
