Victoria Sulerzyski, Esquire, CIPP/US, is Director of School Legal Affairs of Pearson Online & Blended Learning.  Ms. Sulerzyski holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law.  Prior to joining Pearson Online & Blended Learning, Ms. Sulerzyski served as an associate with Ober|Kaler in Baltimore, Maryland and Chief of Staff to the Honorable Mary Ellen Barbera, Chief Judge, Court of Appeals of Maryland.  Ms. Sulerzyski is also a former law clerk to the Honorable Alan M. Wilner (retired) of the Court of Appeals of Maryland and has expertise in student data privacy, special education, charter school education law and legislative matters.  At Pearson Online & Blended Learning, Ms. Sulerzyski works closely with school administrators, special educators, and teachers across the country to advise on legal and compliance issues.
