Scott Tarr




Scott Tarr is a Consulting Engineer and President of North S.Tarr Concrete Consulting. He earned BS and MS degrees in Civil Engineering. His expertise is in design, construction, and repair of concrete slabs, and evaluating flooring failures. He serves on numerous ACI committees, including Structural Concrete Specifications, Construction of Concrete Floors, Design of Slabs on Ground, and Concrete Parking Lots. He also is the author of Concrete Floors on Ground.
