With over 20 years of industry experience, Monica Munoz is currently a Director, Facilities Management at DaVita Kidney Care. Her career spans the development and management of the entire lifecycle of the asset, from the lease, design, construction, project and program management, and portfolio reinvestment standpoints. Monica was the former Director of Design, Construction and Facilities at the Zale Corporation, overseeing 2,400 locations, throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Later she was the Renovation Program Director (through JLL) for Microsoft Retail stores. She is passionate about partnerships and cross-functional team engagement. Monica is a registered interior designer in the state of Texas.
