Brian Fisher has held the position of Program Integrity Account Manager in the State of Iowa for the past seven years. Prior to that he spent 15 years with various Medicare RHHI contractors. The focus of his career has been in fraud detection and payment integrity functions. Early in his career, he focused on Medicare cost report auditing and fraud investigative support for Federal law enforcement agencies including the OIG, FBI and IRS. In his current role, he oversees processes within the State of Iowa that include post pay claim review through desk, onsite and analytic reviews and investigative support for the State’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and both Iowa United States Federal Districts. Brian has a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa
