In this role, Leticia manages and leads a team of ten coordinators. Providing support to over 1,500 locations in all aspects of store maintenance including Landlord issues and Reimbursements. Leticia is no stranger to store facilities and the unexpected things that come with this job. Having spent 26 years as a Manager of Maintenance & Facilities where she is responsible for overseeing all of the day to day maintenance needs as well as major catastrophes such as hurricane damages and water intrusions/mold in her stores. Leticia offers a wide range of programs and services to our many brands, from on-demand services to emergency services in multiple trades to include testing & remediation work.
