Steve graduated with a degree in Economics and a minor in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He served in Sales and Marketing roles with 3M during the 3M ARM$ program's expansion. He went on to work for AutocheX doing business consulting. He started the industry's first paint company value-added program, wrote numerous management courses, after standardizing the chart of accounts, he started numerous 20 groups. He served as an MSO Vice President of ABRA Auto Body and Glass where he helped develop their SOP playbook and staff development program, and ran the integration team as they grew from 23 to 73 locations. Steve currently serves as Axalta's North American Services Manager, and has played a major role in developing Axalta's Refinish Performance Management program, its Business Management courses, Performance Groups, 50+ eLearning modules and other SOP tools used to help Axalta's customers develop employees.
