Tammy Seneca was born, raised and educated in Louisiana. Tammy serves as the Supervisor of Information Systems and Educational Technology in West Baton Rouge Parish. She completed her Doctor of Philosophy degree at Louisiana State University in the fall of 2008. During the course of her studies, she earned a Plus 30, Educational Technology Facilitator, Educational Technology Leader, Supervisor of Student Teachers, and Parish/City School Supervisor of Instruction endorsements. Tammy is currently the President for the Louisiana Computer Using Educators (LACUE) organization. She has presented at national, state, and local conferences on techniques to successfully incorporate technology into the classroom.
