Richard Alpert, PE, is a licensed Fire Protection Engineer with more than 32 years of experience in the design, construction management, and commissioning of public, private, and commercial projects. Mr. Alpert’s design and construction supervision experience includes projects such as high-rise residential and office buildings; college and university dormitory, academic, and sports facilities; U.S. embassy projects; hangar facilities; cold storage facilities; medical and biological research and production complexes; entertainment and sports venues; museums; and numerous DOD and DOE facilities.
