Cindy is a Fellow in the Building Technologies Office of the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy where she leads strategic outreach and engagement with commercial building owners of the Better Buildings Initiative. Cindy has a BS in Biological Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University and an MS in Environmental Policy & Sustainability Management from The New School for Public Engagement.
