Randy Holland




Randy Holland is an Environmental and Water Quality Consultant with Safe-T-Cover Enclosures. His particular area of focus is delivering best practice guidance to water utilities, civil building authorities, and professional engineers. Since 2012, he has presented to more than 1,900 designers and 40 water districts all over the U.S. and has generated new standard details for most of those jurisdictions. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
