Larry D. Bartlett, CPD, is one of the Lead Virtual Construction Designers for TDIndustries’ Dallas operations. He is also the Responsible Master Plumber for Dallas, holding a current Master Plumbing License for the State of Texas with Master Med Gas Certification and Master WSPS Certification. He also holds a Master LP Gas Certification with the Texas Railroad Commission. In addition to the State of Texas licensing, he holds a Non-Restricted Master Plumbing License for the State of Georgia. He has been an instructor for ASPE’s Dallas/Ft. Worth Chapter for many years and continues to assist the Education Chair as a Co-Instructor for the “Basic Plumbing Design” course and several advanced topics offered by the DFW Chapter.
