Mike launched Hammer Insights after retiring from Amica Insurance as the National DRP, Salvage and Catastrophe Manager. He was responsible for all Auto Physical Damage claim activity in the West, South, and Midwest. Mike holds two ASE Certifications, has served on the Copart Advisory Board, the CARSTAR Insurance Advisory Board and is a CIC Gold Pin member. He is a former ICAR Committee Chairman, Past President of the Rochester Autobody Craftsman's Guild, a member of WIN and the NABC. He is committed to completing a safe quality repair while providing world class customer service. Mike has two children, three grandchildren, married 38 years and is an avid golfer.
