Shelley earned her BS in Secondary Education with a Major in Mathematics from Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio in 1994. Her teaching career began at her alma mater, Holy Name HS. In 1998 Shelley moved into public education and took a Mathematics teaching position at Buckeye HS in Medina, Ohio. She moved to Florida in 2000 and began teaching Mathematics at Wesley Chapel HS. She earned her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of South Florida in May of 2006. She then became an Assistant Principal at Wesley Chapel HS in 2006 where she implemented an iPad program and was instrumental i
