Dr. Nancy Betler is a Talent Development Facilitator at Billingsville and Greenway Park Elementary in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System. She supports teachers and works with students to facilitate gifted learning within the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School District using Personalized Learning. She is part of the first Personalized Learning cohort within her district. Dr. Betler has presented at the district and state level on Project Based Learning as well as about literacy and gifted strategies. She also teaches at the college level at Central Piedmont Community College and at Wingate University. Dr. Betler is a co-organizer of #EdcampQC. She is National Board Certified.
