Lindsey Copeland is a Solution Expert and Inside Sales Manager at PrimeroEdge. Her career began has a teacher and transitioned into supporting School Nutrition professionals. During her years with PrimeroEdge, she has presented at conferences and school districts throughout California and Texas. Lindsey has a passion for bettering the lives of children in and out of the cafeteria. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Sam Houston State University.
