John Wiegand

John Wiegand is founder and president of VIBRONICS, INCORPORATED, a blasting consulting company specializing in blast monitoring instrumentation and blast performance evaluation. Mr. Wiegand holds a degree in geology from Ball State University. Prior to establishing VIBRONICS, he held positions with engineering, instrumentation manufacturing, and governmental firms. He is currently a licensed blaster and registered professional geologist in the States of Indiana and Kentucky. Mr Wiegand served (3) three terms as Board of Director for the International Society of Explosives Engineers (ISEE). Mr. Wiegand was also chairman of the ISEE Blast Vibration and Seismograph Section. In 1996 Mr. Wiegand was presented the ?Presidents? award by the ISEE and in 2014 was presented the ?Blasters Leadership? award.
