Todd is a Managing Director at Deloitte and leads the federal enterprise risk management practice. He is a former federal government leader with over 20 years’ experience at the SES level. During his Federal career he helped lead the stand up of ERM programs at the Department and agency level. He is a former President of the Association for Federal Enterprise Risk Management and led the creation of the first-ever professional certification for Federal ERM professionals. He is a Fellow at the National Academy of Public Administration, and a Senior Advisor to Government Executives at the Partnership for Public Service.
