Rose Ludgate 30+ years of HR Experience Hospitality – Hotels, Restaurant (full service and fast food), Food Facility Management and Paychex HR Solutions, working with Small Businesses of different Industries under 300 employees. As an HR Professional Rose was involved in the openings and conversions of hotels and restaurants, companies and accounts. Her work experience in HR include: Employee Relations, Training, Recruitment, Strategic Planning and Development, Benefits, Administration and Coaching. BS Degree in Health, Physical Ed and Recreation Penn State University, with many Training Certifications in HR Management.
