Elizabeth Henley is currently in the role of an Instructional Coach at West Rowan Middle School, her first year serving in that capacity. She has twenty-one years teaching experience in a variety of content; four years as an art teacher, seven years homeschooling K-12, and until this year eight years as a middle school math teacher. As a current graduate student at UNCC in the M.Ed. in Academically and Intelligently Gifted Program, her knowledge of curriculum, differentiation, and instructional strategies are tools used on a continual basis when planning professional development, implementing coaching cycles and modeling best practices in classrooms.
