Joe Pettit is a leadership and soft skills expert who served seven years as a school nutrition leader for Charleston County School District – the second-largest South Carolina district with 50,000 students - before going full-time with his leadership training business in 2021. He helps school nutrition directors develop their most valuable resource - their people – leading to increased participation, improved retention, and more engaged team members. Joe has trained thousands of school nutrition professionals during district professional development days and SNA state conferences nationwide. He speaks with passion, delivers school nutrition specific content, and has a heart to see people be their best.
