Cindy Curtis is the Senior Vice President, Central Regional Property Manager at Prologis with responsibilities for the oversight of property management operations in Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, Ohio, Texas and Tennessee. Mrs. Curtis has an extensive background in industrial property management and has served in the role of Head of Property Management with oversight of the US, Mexico, Canada and Brazil for eight years and as the Central/Mexico regional property manager and senior property manager in Dallas during her tenure with Prologis since 1996. In her current role today, she oversees the property management operations for over 695 buildings and 22,651,423 SF Prior to joining ProLogis in 1996, Mrs. Curtis was the senior property manager for Paragon Group, Inc. and managed a wholly owned portfolio as well as institutional owner assets. She has been involved in commercial real estate since 1982 involved in BOMA and IREM and currently holds an RPA designation and is a CPM candidate.
