In 2004, Eric Feeney entered the world of education as a third grade teacher in Waterbury, CT. He was very proud to begin his career at the elementary school he once attended. In addition to teaching, he served as a technology trainer in SMART Board technology and software. He delivered professional development throughout the district and supported fellow teachers. Eric holds a master’s degree in Elementary Education and a sixth year degree in Educational Leadership. Eric is currently a third grade teacher in the West Hartford public school system in CT. He has integrated technology throughout the day to create a universal design approach to learning for all of his students. Eric’s initiative to be a GoNoodle, Flocabulary and Seesaw Ambassador have encouraged other teachers to see the benefit of engaging young minds through accessible, differentiated and creative learning materials.
