Steve Bolen is a Managing Director in the North America Private Equity Group of LaSalle Investment Management, a global commercial real estate investment advisor with $48 billion of assets under management. Steve joined LaSalle in 2000 and oversees the firm’s medical office investment activities including acquisitions, development transactions, financings and dispositions. Prior to joining LaSalle, Mr. Bolen was the Chief Investment Officer of a private healthcare REIT in the Washington DC area that held a portfolio of medical office and senior housing assets. His career also included senior positions with a commercial bank in Washington DC and a leading commercial real estate consulting firm. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.
