Jackie manages the CRA Member Helpline and has supported restaurants at the CRA for over 16 years. Jackie helps members advise on top issues and find counsel our members on any matter that may crop up through the CRA Legal Center. The CRA Legal Center includes a strong team of law firms with varying specialties to help guide restaurants through the wide swath of regulations at the local, state and federal levels.
