Nicole Bushnell is a board member of the California Restaurant Association, San Diego Chapter and the head of marketing for fast casual Mediterranean restaurant Luna Grill. Bushnell’s position with Luna Grill continues building the strength of the management team and positioning the company for smart growth in new markets. Nicole oversees the brand strategy including creative/design, public relations, social media, digital marketing, local store marketing and media tactics. In addition, she is an integral part of the culinary team, working with the Chief Culinary Officer to develop seasonal LTO’s and menu offerings tied to consumer trends and innovative flavors. Prior to working with Luna Grill, Bushnell served as both Vice President of Marketing and Director of Marketing for the Ladeki Restaurant Group leading all brand management activities and culinary development for Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza and Roppongi Restaurants & Sushi Bar.
