Nikki Gilmore is the Chief Administrative Officer and Airport Manager for the Village of Pemberton. Gilmore has been with the Village for over 17 years; prior to holding the position of CAO, Nikki was Manager of Finance for nine years. She has overseen large municipal water projects during tenure at the Village including, the installation of a new municipal water reservoir, water system water looping, water metering, the addition of new well with chlorination treatment and most recently the contracting of a water treatment system for the Village’s water source.
