Beth Blankenship is Vice President, Real Estate of LifePoint Health. Based in Brentwood, Tennessee, LifePoint Health is a leading healthcare company dedicated to providing quality inpatient, outpatient and post-acute services close to home. Through its subsidiaries, LifePoint operates 89 hospital campuses in 30 states, and is the sole community healthcare provider in the majority of the communities it serves. LifePoint owns and manages more than 3 million square feet of medical office space on or near its campuses. Ms. Blankenship leads LifePoint’s real estate department and provides real estate management oversight related to these facilities and leased medical practices. Prior to joining LifePoint Health in 2010, Ms. Blankenship was a partner at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis, LLP in Nashville, Tennessee, with a practice focused on office leasing and healthcare and retail real estate law.
