From the swimming pool, to runway, to the cocina, Chef Tati Polo is a woman of many talents. Tati Polo was born and raised in Venezuela. As a child, Tati spent time competing as synchronized swimmer, which eventually led her to be part of the Venezuelan National Team, where she had the opportunity to travel and experience different cultures. Tati became very interested in modeling, and competed for Miss Táchira, a Venezuelan pageant. She has been featured in several magazines, and has been a model for runway shows, swimwear, catalogues and calendars, working with high-caliber photographers in the entertainment industry. After settling in Los Angeles as a professional model, Tati decided to peruse her true passion, which has always been cooking, and she received her Executive Chef degree from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu program at the California School of Culinary Arts. After graduating with honors, Tati created her own company called Forkplate Productions, offering catering and event planning, classes and much more. Most recently, Tati was part of Univision show called Lanzate, and was nominated for an Emmy Award with a segment entitled “Un taco de ojo con Tati Polo”. Chef Tati can also be found on the Univision Radio station, K-Love 107.5 with a segment entitled “Vive Mejor con Tati Polo”. Currently, Chef Tati is working on her new project that will coming to her YouTube channel soon. The show is called "SaladLand” with Tati Polo. Polo prides herself on being a leader in the industry and loves sharing her expertise with thousands of loyal followers on her social media platforms.
