Clifford Barneman
Assistant Superintendent
Lakehurst Elementary School District (N.J.)


Dr. Barneman currently serves as Assistant Superintendent of the Lakehurst (NJ) School District. He supervises the district’s gifted and English Language Learners (ELL) programs; programming for students with special needs aged 3-21, and early childhood program. Dr. Barneman is a licensed clinical psychologist who serves children and provides consultative services to various municipalities and school districts within New Jersey. He has presented highly reviewed workshops at national conferences for educational technology. Most recently, Dr. Barneman presented at the 2015 through 2018 FETC Conferences in Orlando. Dr. Barneman and members of his staff continue to collaborate with the NAVAIR department of the Joint Military Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst for the successful design and implementation of STEAM based initiatives.
