Sam Brooks is honored to have worked for the Putnam County School system for the past 9 years. He then moved to a leadership role as Supervisor of Personalized Learning for the Putnam County School System in 2012 to lead the Future Ready VITAL Program. The Future Ready VITAL program has hosted over 75 site visits since 2014 from districts interested in the operation of our personal learning program. Mr. Brooks is a Google Certified Trainer and the awards he has received are: *Center for Digital Education as a National Top 30 Technologists, Transformers, and Trailblazers *Selected to serve on the Tennessee Department of Education Personalized Learning and Competency-Based Learning Task Force. *Awarded BLU District recognition *Selected BrightBytes Innovator of Distinction *Featured by the Evergreen Group and The Foundation for Blended and Online Learning *Tech & Learning Magazine Innovator Award for Best Implementation of Digital Curriculum
