Chef Cesar Villarreal is a creative, passionate, and respected chef with years of culi-nary arts experience. "The New Latin American Cuisine" has been developed by Chef Cesar's research, creativity, passion and respect for the culture of Latin tradi-tions. Chef Cesar is a graduate of the institute Mausi Sebbes (Buenos Aires - Argen-tina) with recognized experience in restaurants and hotels in Argentina, Brazil, Peru, and Colombia. Chef Cesar is also the owner of “Cevillar” catering, and is both a cui-sine writer and consultant for many businesses. Located in the beautiful city of Long Beach, California, Chef Cesar Villareal estab-lished Cesar's Bistro, also known as "The New Latin American Cuisine." Their special-ty is a new model, style, and concept of Latin cuisine. At Cesar's Bistro they select their ingredients from the best quality. They offer friendly and respectful attention toward their customers and partners; they provide great service in their family-friendly casual atmosphere. For Breakfast: Enjoy Cesar’s fresh Spinach Omelet complimented with a cup of fresh fruit! The omelet is cooked with the following items: scrambled eggs, sliced potatoes, smoked sausage, melted mozzarella, chopped onions, and red peppers. For Lunch: Try their “Choripan,” a delicious handmade sausage served on a fresh French style bun with lettuce, arugula, and Cesar’s own special chimichurri sauce. For Dinner: Take a break from all those meals that are loaded with Gluten, and savor a delightful food experience, such as, a combination of chicken, pork, or even a Wagyu Kobe Burger in a Gluten Free Fresh (Arepa), or corn cake. Any time, Occasion or Event: They are also known for their Empanadas- Cesar’s own recipe of tasty spicy beef, sau-sage, or tropical blend as an anytime snack or savory dish.
