Laurie Morgan is a medical practice management consultant, presenter, author and partner with Capko & Morgan. Her consulting expertise includes revenue and profit maximization; workflow optimization; web marketing and social media; and strategy and planning for new practices. In addition to consulting directly with practices around the country, Laurie is a frequent conference and webinar presenter for healthcare industry groups and associations, and writes extensively on practice management issues for a variety of publications and websites and Capko & Morgan’s own blog. She also recently launched Management Rx, a new line of practice management ebooks for practice administrators and physicians. Prior to joining Capko & Morgan (then Capko & Company) in 2010, Laurie’s 20+ year executive career included senior management positions in major media companies as well as experiencing leading startups. Laurie has an MBA from Stanford University and an AB in Economics from Brown University.
