Thomas is a Manager with Ernst & Young LLP’s Digital Customer Performance Improvement practice in Austin, TX. He has 10 years of experience helping global enterprises across industries improve their marketing, media buying segmentation and customer service effectiveness. Thomas’ primary focus has been in the optimization of digital customer channels such as websites, mobile apps, and social media. He has led large scale RFP evaluations for enterprise tools such as social media listening, publishing, advertising and content management systems (SMMS) and performed in-depth executive dashboard analyses related to return on marketing investment, customer acquisition, loyalty, retention, sales effectiveness and business process optimization. He is proficient in a wide range of BI reporting, relational database, content management & marketing analytics software. Prior to EY, Thomas managed social media analytics at Interpublic Group (IPG) agency Initiative and also worked in paid media buying and consumer insights business intelligence roles for Disney’s social media start-up group, DigiSynd.
