As the Director of Deployment Planning for Princess Cruises, Crystal is responsible for the strategic deployment and itinerary planning for Princess Cruises’ fleet of 18 vessels. In this role, Crystal calls on over 23 years of cruise industry experience including 8 years as an onboard Shore Excursion Manager. Prior to joining the Market Planning and Deployment departments, Crystal worked within Princess’ Shore Operations group planning worldwide Shore Excursion and Logistics programs. Crystal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
