Ms. Amaral is SVP, Head of Talent Acquisition for the talent acquisition group at Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services to more than 20 million individuals, institutions and financial intermediaries. Ms. Amaral assumed her current position in the talent acquisition group in March 2014 and is responsible for enterprise recruiting, social media development, strategic talent acquisition projects, and overseeing Fidelity’s staffing group that attracts and attains talent across all business units of Fidelity Investments worldwide. Ms. Amaral received a bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior from Brown University.
