Peter Gibson is head of the Energy Storage Solutions (ESS) business in North America for LG Chem, one of the world’s leading battery manufacturers. His responsibilities include managing a growing team of sales, project management and technical support personnel that support customers for stationary energy storage solutions, ranging from 6kWh residential units to the largest multi-MWh grid-scale systems. Peter‘s professional experience includes assignments focused traditional and emerging energy technologies in Europe, SE Asia and North America. He earned a first-class honors degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in the UK.
