Jimmy Herman




Jimmy was born and raised on a dairy farm in West Central Wisconsin where his roots grew deep in hunting and music. From the first moment he ever laid eyes on a whitetail buck while hunting with his dad, he was hooked. The same goes for his passion for music. After hearing the fiddle at his first concert, it branded his spirit and would set the course for the rest of his life. Jimmy played in bands throughout his elementary and high school years and became an award winning taxidermist before moving to Nashville in 2006. Within a year of moving to Tennessee, he was blessed with the opportunity to become a member of Carrie Underwood's band where he has spent the last 10 years touring the world and performing with artists such as Steven Tyler, Keith Urban, Gene Simmons, Jason Aldean, No Doubt, Miranda Lambert, , Metallica, Alabama, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Jay Z, and the list goes on. As active as he is in the music industry, Jimmy also calls the hunting industry his home and encourages others to get involved in conservation and the outdoors through his faith and roots of his upbringing.
