Cara Olson is the Director of Human Resources for Sendik’s Food Markets. With over 25 years in the HR space across a number of industries, Cara has extensive experience in all areas of talent management including talent acquisition, development and total rewards. Cara is a strong believer in being a strategic partner to the business and an advocate for associates to strengthen workplace cultures. Cara serves on the Executive Steering Committee of the Business Health Care Group as an active voice to identify and execute healthcare solutions for southeastern Wisconsin. Outside of work, she and her family run a non-profit organization to raise money for brain cancer research and to date have raised over $1 million.
