Frank Choi has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in the aftermarket. He is currently the business development manager at DENSO Products and Services Americas, a leading supplier of advanced automotive technology, in Long Beach, CA USA. His responsibilities include leading the growth and evolution of the company’s diagnostic and service-related products in multiple verticals. He joined DENSO in 2014 as a senior product manager of its connected services group where responsibilities included guiding the development and launch activities of aftermarket vehicle diagnostics and service-related products. As a Certified Scrum Product Owner, he works closely with software development teams in order to deliver innovative industry facing web and Android applications. Prior to DENSO, Frank was a project manager at Toyota Motor Sales responsible for the day-to-day business of Toyota Safety Connect and Lexus Enform telematics services. Frank also acted as the project lead with Sirius XM connected vehicle services. Frank’s passion and dedication to the automotive aftermarket led to receiving the SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) Icon of the Year award in 2008.
