Growing up in service departments, Aaron began his career working on bikes at age 14. Having spent the past 20 years as a Service Manager, Outside Sales Rep, and most recently Sr. Vendor Sales Manager at Quality Bicycle Products, his focus is to share his life of experiences with retailer’s service departments, to help them thrive in an ever-changing marketplace. Aaron’s work currently includes leading QBP’s Service Summit; a multi-day business school for Service Department employees.
