Emmanuel Branche is an expert on sustainable development assessment and climate change issues, Emmanuel is a senior economist engineer currently working on hydropower sector at EDF. He has a broad experience and background on power systems (transmission and distribution grid), involvement with all generating units (from thermal to renewables) and demand forecast. He is representing France at IEA Hydro and Eurelectric. He is also an active member of IHA
