Michael Allora served for 25 years in fire and EMS in Clifton, NJ, where he retired as a Deputy Fire Chief. He is a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) National Trainer and Content Developer of the MHFA Fire and EMS module. He has a Master of Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a graduate of the National Fire Academy’s Executive Fire Officer Program and the International Association of Fire Chiefs’ Fire Service Executive Development Institute. He holds a Chief Fire Officer designation from the Center for Public Safety Excellence. He is a Board Member and Lead Instructor for Thank You First Responder, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose purpose is to support, celebrate, and honor our Nation’s First Responders.
